“I used Thumbtack to contact and schedule Blue Label for AC system maintenance and diagnosing a drip from our secondary drain line. I appreciate their system that confirmed the appointment, and notified me when the technician was on the way. Nick came and inspected our system, explaining where the drains are clogged, and offering a comprehensive unclogging service. I declined this service once I understood what the problem was. We plan to DIY. Once Nick took a look at our AC units he explained that they are leaking refrigerant, and are, in his professional opinion, actually too old to repair, or even clean. The parts are no longer available, and cleaning would actually cause the system to give out from too much air flow. I appreciate him educating us on our system and giving us a detailed quote for replacement, including financing. Once we consider our options, we would not hesitate to contact Blue Label again to help us replace our system.“
