Chase was our installer. He did a fantastic job. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He cleaned up before he left, and answered any questions we had.We will definitely request Chase when we do our other bathroom!We are very happy with our new step in shower.I need to mention Kathy in the office. She was very pleasant to talk to and called to remind us of our appointment with the salesman, and also to schedule our installation. Steve, our salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable about the product, design, and materials. He helped us design the walk in shower that best fit our needs. He had samples of the different designs and colors along with the assessories...read full review
