He never makes you feel rushed and really listens to any concerns. He listens to my concerns and explains everything he is doing step by step so I always know what is happening. His staff is just as wonderful—kind, responsive, and always welcoming. I also really appreciate how punctual he is; every appointment starts right on time, which shows the respect he has for his patients. “I am not one for going to the dentist, but today's experience was fantastic. It started with a very welcoming experience with the front desk. I was greeted with a smile and asked how my morning was going. I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled so obviously my morning was not starting off that well. Once I was placed in the chair the dental assistant was very nice and made me feel very welcomed and calming. The dentist was very precise and to the point with what to do and what to expect and did a fantastic job pulling the tooth without having to do any cutting.“

“Everything from booking efficiency to the care they give you while you are here is above and beyond. I'm an absolute scaredy cat when it comes to the dentist and I was very happily surprised when I filled out their patient form and they went into depth on what they could do to make you more comfortable, if you have anxiety with dentists, etc. It shows they care and I love that! Dr Karim and her dental assistant were amazing. Checked in with me to make sure I was alright, super transparent about what's about to happen, what needs to happen, and what was going on. It made me feel very safe while I was in their care. They were genuinely so kind in the process and for someone who had bad dentist experiences as a kid, I was super grateful for that! They have a TV in the room, blankets, headphones, etc to make you feel more comfortable too. Everyone and everything from the front desk to the check out process was great. I will definitely be coming back and so will my family!“
