I have to give this place five stars despite the facility being a little old just because it is an AMAZING gym for women! Everything from the child care to flexibility and safe location make it ideal for women to work out without having to worry about safety or convenience. It's a great place for someone looking to get into a regular fitness routine, meet new friends, or unwind in a low-stress environment. If you are a single mom looking to choose just one gym membership, I think this is the best gym home in OKC due to their low-cost childcare, wide variety of classes, and the fact that they cater to women only. My gym <3There's fitness equipment and classes for every woman from every walk of life in this gym, no matter what fitness level. The equipment is clean & the staff is excellent.
