Very pleased with the dryer repair. We were able to schedule the call for the next day. The technician, Patric Stuart was very friendly and professional. He was actually early for the appointment but contacted us before he came. He quickly found the problem and had the part with him to make the repair. Price was a little high but that's the cost of parts these days. I will definitely call them again if I need appliance repairs.

Alpha Tek, Brittany came, she text me that she was on her way and was here on the dot! She’s very knowledgeable and personable! She diagnosed my problem quickly and was on her way! I will definitely be recommending this company (especially) Brittany Altman, Technician, to all my friends and family! And I work at the hospital and have lots of friends! Thank you Brittany with Alpha Tek!!PS it was my washing machine…they do it all! They gave me a time slot the next day 9-11 and she was here at 9:00!!
