“Usually good. Great job cleaning the clothes and great customer service. But I have been here during business hours twice in the last few days and the place is closed. I'm typing this right outside the building right now. Door is locked. I drive twenty minutes and pass about five dry cleaners because I like this place. Might have to reevaluate that.Update: I have never seen this level of response! I received a call from the store manager explaining the issue and seeking to resolve the matter. Updating my review accordingly. Proactively seeking me out to address the issue is above and beyond and I greatly appreciate the attentiveness. I will not go anywhere else.“
