My wife and I went in to pick up our dog Saturday, and were so impressed by the sweet young lady who helped us. First time taking my fur baby and we are definitely coming back, everyone is super friendly and they answer any questions we had, my fur baby came home smelling so good and looking amazing!
I just took in a rescue dog who is very sensitive when it comes to any grooming and will growl. I called to inquire about nail trimming and they were completely understanding and informed me to come in the next morning and they would notify the staff.
Let me say I was super nervous on how he was going to react but the staff there were amazing. I’m sure they do it like 80 times a day but when I say they were efficient, they were efficient! They did it less than 10 mins. Dog came back very happy like nothing happened.
Thank you. Yall real ones.
