“I desperately needed a cut and Duncan Bros could get me in on the same day. At first when I walked in, I wasn't sure about it. The receptionist was a little quiet. I'm not sure that she welcomed me in, but she was polite when confirming my appointment. There was rubbish on a couple of the chairs, and hair spread across the front door mat and on the floor. So I wasn't too sure. But it turned out to be a great haircut at a very reasonable price.”
