Full disclosure I’m not really a fan of music with yoga - it can detract from being able to connect body to breath. But, I LOVED THIS CLASS (background music be damned). Ali was fantastic at leading into and out of poses. Really put an emphasis on movement with breath + control. It was a fun, challenging, and balanced flow. LOVE!!

I’ve practiced at several studios during my residence in OKC (~12 yrs) and TLY is definitely my favorite!!! It’s a place for any and every body — seriously, all shapes, sizes, skill levels are truly welcome and celebrated. The owner, Shannon, is so genuine and her energy permeates the community. TLY features a clean & comfortable practice space with fantastic classes, instructors, workshops and merch. Huge thanks to all that contribute to making this community so special!

My favorite place on earth. Classes range from slow & restorative to strength building & challenging. Simply reading a class description will tell you what to expect! I never feel judged, there are people of all ages & ‘levels’. It feels like a safe and inclusive space that is very very special. ?
