I had an issue at my first visit with the wax breaking and was able to come back in for a touch up. The service is really amazing here and even though I was disappointed after my initial wax, they went above and beyond to help me and the situation. Thank you so much Michelle, Ashley and Courtney for being so understanding!

My experience here on 11/4/23 was great! Courtney, my tech, explained everything thoroughly and had impeccable bedside manner. She was also quite frank about the pain and discomfort that would happen with a bikini wax, which I really appreciated. Also great was the girl working the front counter, but I didn’t catch her name. Both of them made a first timer like me feel very comfortable and removed a lot of the intimidation that I felt going into it.
