The Spirit House way of Yoga always has been, and always will be, for every body, every level, every shape, every age, every stage.
One of the best places to learn yoga, sustainable yoga. I have learned and am still learning here. Small adjustments can make the largest difference. A great focus on actually anatomy so you aren't going to damage your joints performing a pose taught at other studios.
