Upon getting the quote for cleaning carpet and tile, opted for carpet only. Arrived early but kept me notified ahead of time. Ended up cleaning the carpets. The tech happened to be the store manager. Was professional, courteous and efficient. The best part is how quickly they dry. So clean! Would recommend.

Staff was very friendly and prompt. I let them know about some areas I had concerns with so he was extra careful and the results were much better than I could have hoped for.I would recommend them and plan to use them the next time I need carpet cleaning.

Tyler & Devin did an outstanding job. They were professional, on time, extremely thorough from explaining the various services and making sure that all stains were removed. My carpets look great. I was afraid that I needed to replace my living room carpet after making it through a total kitchen remodel but it looks new now! Highly recommend Chem-Dry.
