Randall came out to fix our stove top for us and he did it quickly and perfectly! He was so helpful and left me with some more knowledge on my other appliances to help me in the future. Great guy and great service!

My less-than-a year-old refrigerator was making a horrible noise day and night! Whirlpool set up service through Guinco. Raymond, the service technician, was at the house at 8am sharp on the appointed day. Fortunately I had recorded the noise and he was immediately able to diagnose the problem, order a part and schedule the installation. Raymond returned for the follow up as scheduled, at 2pm sharp and completed the installation within 10 minutes. Prompt courteous and problem resolved. I will be happy to use this company again!
