Kind and very professional. I took my rug right after OKC had their freeze and their pipes had frozen. Still was able to get my Aunts rug in a timely manner. Her rug looked amazing!

Sani-Sheen successfully removed the cigarette smell from a beautiful used rug I bought, not realizing it smelled like smoke. I paid another company to deodorize it, but they were unsuccessful and afterwards incorrectly said it is almost impossible to remove cigarette odor (and kept all my money). I researched and found Sani-Sheen, who was 100% successful. After two weeks, it still smells and looks like new. I am so grateful to Sani-Sheen.

Lifesavers! My dogs decided to use my carpet for a peepee pad! We didn't notice for a while and thought the accidents we caught we cleaned well. The carpet was dark so hard to tell. But the smell.. OMG! But it's like new now! Highly recommend them! Faster service than I expected! Affordable! Five stars!
