This team has been amazing from the very beginning. Their communication and responsiveness have been outstanding, and a huge part of that is thanks to Roxana, our project manager. She doesn't miss a thing and immediately recognizes what needs to be done. She has done an incredible job coordinating with both me and my insurance adjuster, making the entire process much less stressful.
If you're shopping around and Trademark Exterior Restoration is one of the companies you're considering, do it! I highly recommend them. And make sure to ask for Roxana—she will make sure everything needed for your project and contract is handled quickly, professionally, and efficiently.

“John C. was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was thorough during the inspection and explained the entire process clearly. I was hit by that catastrophic hail storm in Norman in April 21’ and he was down in a matter of a week or two after I contacted him to get the ball rolling. Naturally, due to the scope of the damage the town sustained it took a while to get supplies in, however, he kept me updated each step of the way. When it comes down to the work, all of the contractors were friendly and professional. They cleaned up completely after each day and were quick and thorough. The roof was installed quickly and updated to code. The painters did an exceptional job, and the new gutters are PERFECT for the house. Extremely happy with the service I received across the board!!! It’s always stressful dealing with insurance companies but Cobalt did a great job at explaining everything and keeping me informed, updated, and calm throughout the entire ordeal. “Really nice group of people that do quality work, at very competitive pricing.Pat Cox was our main point-of-contact from [basically] the get-go, and Jose Amador was our on-location supervisor while they were replacing the actual roof. Both are extremely nice gentlemen & communicated with us throughout the process.Their crews work extremely hard (we're talking something like 11 hour days) and finished removing our [old] tile roof & replacing it with shingles...in only two days! Beforehand, my wife and I had thought it'd take at least 4-5 days.Cleanup was thorough and our new roof looks great. “The “Gutter Brothers” repaired our gutters and made a new connection between the down spouts and the French drains. That was excellent bc they used metal instead of plastic. The cleaning of the gutters went smoothly and actually didn’t require that much time. I expected them to be really full of debris but was pleasantly surprised.

“They did a great job. Justin and his team have high standards as regard to the quality of their work. Justin spent a lot of time searching for the best quality of materials with reasonable price. My house was built in 1989 and the bathroom sinks and bath tubs look old and yellowish but I don’t have the fund to replace them. Justin did some research and found a re-surfacing company and had them re-coated. The quality is good and durable, and the price is affordable! I am very grateful.“
