“WOW what a hail storm we had on April 28th, 2026. The hail pummeled my home and caused so much damage. I didn’t know where to start, who to call. My son introduced me to a couple of representatives from the company TradeMark Exteriors and Restorations. They helped me make the phone call to my insurance company to make a claim. They were here for me when the insurance company came to give me an estimate. They organized everything for me and I am very pleased with the work done. I highly recommended this company to anyone out there. They were very thorough and very professional.“

“Soon After a major hailstorm a salesman from STR8 UP Roofing approached us as we are working in the yard. My first inclination was to blow him off. But Dakota Skinner was so professional, and so courteous we allowed him to get on the roof and examine. He came down with pictures and showed us the damage and then offered to contact our insurance company. he not only contacted our insurance company, but he made it a point to be here when the adjuster was here and got up on the roof with him. We were able to get a total roof replacement without any issues. Dakota made the whole procedure absolutely stress-free! Dakota worked with the insurance adjuster and made sure everything was covered. Dakota handled everything including our anxiety. Dakota helped us pick out the shingles and then scheduled the replacement within two weeks. When the work was scheduled to be done, Dakota made sure he was here to work with the contractors. The shingles that we picked were out of stock and he was able to get the company to upgrade to the very best shingles at the original price. The insurance company did not want to replace the guttering, but instead to take it off and put it back on. Dakota was able to Convinced the insurance company that he would be able to replace the guttering at the same price as taking it off and putting it back on. Dakota’s subcontractors were amazingly efficient, courteous, punctual, and left us with an amazing product. They were very careful to not damage any of the wife’s flowers which she takes very dearly. The cleanup was fantastic. We have not found a single nail.
The roof replacement was done in a day and guttering followed within a couple days.
Working with Dakota and STR8UP roofing was not only not painless, but very enjoyable. Dakota‘s eye for details and his hands on supervision of the project was very refreshing. We highly recommend both for any work needing done!“

My house was built in 1989 and the bathroom sinks and bath tubs look old and yellowish but I don’t have the fund to replace them. I was hit by that catastrophic hail storm in Norman in April 21’ and he was down in a matter of a week or two after I contacted him to get the ball rolling. Naturally, due to the scope of the damage the town sustained it took a while to get supplies in, however, he kept me updated each step of the way. When it comes down to the work, all of the contractors were friendly and professional. They cleaned up completely after each day and were quick and thorough. The roof was installed quickly and updated to code. The painters did an exceptional job, and the new gutters are PERFECT for the house. Extremely happy with the service I received across the board!!!
