Big Bobs was a great choice for my new carpet purchase!! Eddie was very knowledgeable in helping me choose my carpet and quickly placing the order. The pricing was very good and Jose did a great job with the installation. I will definitely use Big Bobs for all my future flooring needs.

Our salesperson was Sonya. We love the carpet and the flooring. The gentleman who promptly installed them for us did an excellent job; they worked hard, and we couldn't be happier with their expert craftsmanship.I have been telling friends and family about Big Bob’s. 3/4/24 I am editing my review. After my initial review, and conversations with Bob’s staff and flooring installer. The owner of Bob’s reached out to us and reviewed our situation and came out to the house to inspect the floors. A reasonable resolution was reached. We now have the beautiful floor we thought we were getting. We really appreciated the time and concern they had for us and our situation.
