The exercises were well thought out, practical, and perfectly focused on building the skills needed to ride safely. They were patient, encouraging, and always took the time to explain things clearly and answer questions.

What really stood out was how seriously they took student safety. They constantly monitored everyone, provided helpful feedback, and went the extra mile to make sure we were riding safely and correctly.

You could genuinely tell that Ryan and Ricky care about their students and want everyone to succeed—not just pass the course. I learned a lot, gained confidence, and had a great experience overall.

“I’ll start off by saying that this is a great company and they aren’t just wanting your money they are great people that care. Luis has been very helpful from day one. I explained to him what my goals were and some concerns I had. He was very upfront and understanding and helped me with all my questions and explained to me the whole process of getting my CDL. They also went above and beyond to help me and my fiancé out with the payment method. I am so glad that I decided to go with American Truck Training. I highly encourage people that are wanting to get their CDL to take the time out and schedule you an appointment and go up there and talk with the team. They have so much more to offer you than just getting your CDL. They have recruiters that come up there several times throughout the week and talk to you about working for Company. “I had a great experience with Thomas Driving School overall. When I was 16, I completed my defensive driving course, my three-day driving sessions, and additional extended driving lessons with my instructor, Don. He was always kind, patient, encouraging, and thorough, which made me feel confident behind the wheel.

The staff, especially Ms. Etta, have also been very helpful, friendly, and informative throughout the years.

My only less positive experience was during my most recent driving test with a younger instructor. While he was professional, his communication style made me feel somewhat incompetent and more nervous than I expected. Fortunately, I passed my test, and I’m grateful for that.

Overall, I would still recommend Thomas Driving School because of the excellent instruction and support I’ve received over the years. My experience with Don and Ms. Etta, in particular, made a lasting positive impression.“

“We had a great experience here. In the past, I have just worked with my teen myself and then they took the test, etc. With my youngest we paid for him to take the class and have 3 2-hour drives with a driving instructor. It was pricey, but I think worth it. My teen feels like he really got good information and a good launch into driving. I would recommend.“
