It was common practice for the therapists schedules to not really accomodate one-on-obe time with the patient at each visit. I'm impressed this facility schedules the PT, or PTA to work one-on-one with their patients. The staff is friendly and attentive, well trained and educated in their field.“

“It has been several years since I had PT with Regional Physical Therapy on Western. They are very professional from the PT to the receptionist. I always felt safe and taken good care of. I have been treated for pre cervical spine surgery to get my neck strong and post cervical spine surgery. I have been treated for lower lumbar problems and sciatica nerve problems. I was experiencing vertigo after a hospital stay and they treated me for that. I have referred several friends including my husband. As far as I know they have been satisfied. You have to do your part in order to be successful.“
