Due to poor experiences at previous boarding facilities, I was apprehensive about leaving my beloved kitty here but wanted to give it a try. Intake was easy and I was able to sit with my kitty awhile to help her acclimate. She was actually petrified that she was shaking when in her room. I think the smells and other kitties growling & hissing made her uncomfortable. I think this just goes with the territory of housing lots of cats. The facility sent daily updates with photos and I could see that she was doing much better. When I picked her up about 4 days later, she was SO HAPPY and in a good mood.
