We moved to the area from out of state 2 weeks before my daughter's wedding. To say that put a huge amount of stress on me is an understatement. I knew I would have to scramble to get my salon figured out (because as women we all know that's top priority) Our realtor mentioned her stylist, Kacie Kauffman, and I quickly scheduled a consultation. From the moment I met her I knew she was a true talent and complete professional! Within minutes she had a plan for my hair and a new approach to improve my color. Her confidence was contagious and I couldn't wait for the transformation. As a 57 yr old I try to find a balance between youthful styling but also age appropriate looks. Kacie nailed it! We added tape ins for density and volume then a fresh color that matched seamlessly with the tape ins. In addition, she was so fast! I couldn't believe it! I used to spend a minimum of 4 hours in salons for just hair alone. The salon overall is very welcoming, light and bright with whimsical touches all around. It's easy to find and the pricing is on point. My boyfriend also got his hair cut and it looks amazing. Kacie has some serious skills and I couldn't be happier that we found this gem of a stylist at a time when we really had to take a giant leap of faith!

Rachael is not only talented at what she does, but she will make you feel like you and what your hairs goals are matter. She won't lie and give you bangs if she thinks they won't work but instead will work with you to come up with a plan that is even better so you leave feeling beautiful. My wife and Mom have been making monthly visits here. My Mom is in a wheelchair and has very sensitive hands. The techs have gone out of their way to make sure she is comfortable and they don't hurt her in the process.

I have been shopping in the same plaza as T & P but never gone it until today. I was thrilled at the immediate attention from Anna. The shop isn't glamorous but I could tell from the happy plants, there's a lot of love in the building. As many other shops as I have been to in Mooresville, this is by far, the best bang for buck. The encouragement of less waste is also wonderful. Anna gives you a small Ziploc with 'bring back' items on your next visit.

That to me makes the experience of all the services worth it! I got a lash lift and tint and it was beyond my expectations! She had did amazing to my non-existence teeny tiny sparse eye lash! My eye lashes are generally short and straight like asian eye lashes but it lifted beautifully and opened up my eyes! It looked natural and beautiful! Wish I was blessed with curled eye lashes but I’m glad there is services like this to help my lashes. You won’t regret the result and hospitality that Kat gives!

Well it's been 3 months now and I am still very happy with Jenny (underarms) and I have now had the pleasure of being waxed by Reyna (bikini). I was slightly nervous about my bikini wax because I've only ever had 1 other estee wax me and she was my friend, but reyna made me feel super comfortable and just chatted with me the whole time. Highly recommend PB beauty bar. Especially Jenny and Reyna ????

Made an appointment online last night and got in today. I was paired with Jenny and she was very nice. my appointment was quick and easy. Made my next appointment and I can't wait to try a facial next. Their lounge area was so cute and even got an exfoliating glove and an after care card.
Kelly is amazing. My eyebrows are the best they have ever been. It’s way less painful than my previous place too. Not sure how she does it. Maybe better wax and technique. She’s super fun to talk with too!

So glad I called Lake Norman Plumbing! Came home from vacation to a leaking water heater flooding my garage. Called Lake Norman Plumbing and Steve answered quickly and made himself available within the hour to come check it out. He offered knowledge and insight about the options for repair/replacement, and answered many questions from a person who knows nothing about water heaters (me!). He offered fair, competitive pricing on each option, and multiple payment options as well. Next day his team came out, installed the new water heater and removed the old one. Easy easy. The install team were just as nice, efficient, and informative as Steve was. They made me feel well cared for. Mr Pinkerton quickly responded to my call, assessed the issue, and replaced our hot water heater with a brand name unit. He provided great information, and was wonderful to work with - quality, honest service.
Highly recommend. We have used David twice. He is very personable, professional, and punctual. The first time we used him was to reroute the HVAC drainage. Our HVAC put out so much water the area where it drained was constantly a muddy mess. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. We also had him come out for an issue with our garbage disposal. In comparison to others his prices were great. We have been extremely pleased with him and his work.

I was referred to Awards Steaming by a another carpet cleaning company. Mr. Edwards was able to squeeze me in within 48 hours. My daughter has two cute dogs that will urinate on the carpet if not taken out quick enough. Not only did Mr. Edwards clean the carpet, he removed the smell and was even able to remove pen stains. The service was quick and he did an excellent job. He is very personable. I will definitely hire him again.

Mason came this morning after I called swearing there was "something" in my closet. He did a quick inspection, pulled a few things out, looked around and saw no evidence. Marlon, our technician, is very thorough and attentive for our pest control service. He offers recommendations and explains the services and products used in a clear manner. Black Pest Control is always responsive when we need something outside of our normal service. Marlon is always careful to check our gates when he is leaving. He knows we have dogs and he always provides notice when he’s arriving, so we can keep the dogs inside during his visit.

UPDATE: Dala Casa reached out and apologized for the way this matter was handled. They refunded us the entire charged amount and promised to look into their process.
Just an FYI if you use Dala Casa, they have shady business practices.
They aerated our lawn in September. One of our irrigation lines was hit and it caused a leak. We planned to make the repair ourselves but their fertilization guy came before we had done that and said the company will take care of it for us since their equipment caused it.
Workers came, while I was home, and made the repair. They never brought up any issues to me while they were here. The only thing they said is that they found a second leak besides the one my husband found.
One month later we are informed that a manager reviewing the post work report has determined that it wasn't their fault the line was damaged because our irrigation line is too close to the surface. Nothing is covered under warranty and we will be charged $472 for the work.
I understand the reasoning why we are being charged. I take no issue with that.
However, I totally disagree with their argument that it wasn't the jurisdiction of the workers to tell me, before they started, that it would not be covered by warranty based on the depth the line was at under the surface. You don't complete work under the guise of being fully covered by warranty and then charge $$$ after the fact.
They should have sent someone out to make sure it was their fault before completing the work. We would have completed the patch ourselves, as we had initially intended, had they informed us it would not be covered.
Learn from our mistake. Ask for someone to come out and guarantee warranty coverage before they put you on the schedule.
We have chosen to part ways with them.
We've had two irrigation systems installed and maintained by Wiliamson Irrigation, and couldn't be more pleased. Their install work is great, but what sets them apart is their service. Kyle and Justin typically cover areas north of Charlotte, and their response time is top of class. I'd do work with this company any time, any place, for any amount of money - and I'm not being paid for this review (and I'm also not implying they're expensive lol - they are very competitive).
Just adore them and can not recommend them highly enough. Absolute pleasure they just have a really lovely energy and vibe.
I remember our first meeting, our rescue beagle absolutely took to him instantly which is about all I need to know. (Especially since she was usually more skittish of men generally.) We give them our beagle stamp of approval and a 5 barks review :)

Here we are years later, still happily using Cutters Unlimited. One of my favorite days of the year is when Dan and his Cutters team come and do the annual tree clean up. They are a delight, bring so much joyful efficient energy. The trees on our lot and everything just looks beautiful and like it can breathe happier after they are here.
I had reached out about a tree trimming and laying down some trees that have passed. Dan as always is so responsive. He came a took a look. I was a bit behind and had not reached out to schedule an appointment in the following month and a half. When to my delight he texted and said they were in the area would we like to do it midday. Fabulous to have something up and take itself off a long to do list.
Our trees look so pretty and like they are not overcrowded with branches. Plus they help our canopy trees that are very tall but try to grow branches the rest of the way down that would compromise the health and nutrition going to the top of the tree.

We reached out to Dan for a quote to have a few trees cleaned up and removed. We love the trees on our new property and wanted to give them the TLC they needed to thrive. In the decade prior, the trees had not been properly trimmed or maintained.
We hired Cutters Unlimited. They book about 1-2 months in advance. They were very helpful when we had to wait to book due to another remodeling project finishing.
Dan was so incredibly helpful in advising which trees were crowded, which were struggling and what we should do. He respected and worked with us to preserve and cultivate a better habitat for the trees. He also advised what we should remove as they were too close to our house, well or another tree. He is very knowledgeable on tree species and things like root systems. I wanted to make sure the root systems would not hurt parts of our home they were near.
Dan is incredibly responsive. He always responds quickly and when he says he will be somewhere he is.
I was so impressed by Dan's crew. They worked like a professional league sports team or in their case tree cutting & maintenance league. They showed up on time/early. Set up their trucks along the street and did not park on any neighbors yard only the street. They all had their tasks and were off to it.
I sincerely appreciated their care when parking in front of neighbor's homes or using the driveway they were okayed to use. The team all had proper safety gear on and took care. Given how dangerous tree trimming can be this was wonderful to see how seriously they take safety.
Had a lovely morning watching all their great work and enjoyed the product of their labors afterwards. Our home and trees look beautiful. We could not be happier with our experience and the results.
I would go out of my way to recommend Cutters Unlimited, LLC. We had a very positive experience and we will use them again for our property's tree needs.

Had my first appointment today with Dr. Montgomery today and she was the most down-to-earth, realistic, and attentive dentist I have been to. She broke it down for me and told me the truth about my teeth and wasn’t just going to do a procedure to make money…She actually listened to my concerns and referred me to a ortho and periodontist appropriately. Which I appreciate because honesty is hard to come by in today’s world.

I’ve finally found my go-to dental office! Dr. McMahan deserves an award for being one of the friendliest dentists I’ve ever met. He’s easy to talk to, truly listens to concerns, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s simple to understand. The office itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with the latest technology like 3D scanning and printing, which made my Invisalign process a breeze. On top of that, the front desk team was just as welcoming—friendly, helpful, and ready with all the information I needed. Overall, such a great experience from start to finish!

Dr. Lineberry isn't some hack of a dentist. He's not going to recommend ripping your teeth out or crowning them before he does a full analysis of your situation and try to SAVE your teeth. My experience at ChiroLife Wellness Center has been amazing. The staff is very welcoming and their method of discovery goes beyond the traditional x-ray. Severe knee arthritis pain has created a chain reaction of discomfort in my hips and back.
Dr. Donohue suggested I try SoftWave treatment for my knees. After one treatment I was overwhelmed. When asked to stand I had NO knee pain. The nagging, pulsating, stabbing pain is gone. It has improved my daily activity. I am sleeping without being awoken by throbbing pain. It sounds too good to be true and I am so thankful to have this experience! I have benefited from the knowledge and caring dedication of Dr. Donohue.

The staff is highly trained, Dr. Baltic is an amazing Chiropractor. They are excellent at relieving your pain. I especially enjoy the dry needling and the sound therapy. Everyone there is kind, considerate and patient with you. I highly recommend this practice.

Plaza animal hospital is the best place around! When I was looking for a vet for our dog Joey I honestly googled and picked the closest place to my house. I’m so lucky to have found them! Joey has been in for the normal visits, it’s always easy to make appointments and very quick to get in. He recently had surgery so we have been regulars around the office for a few weeks. Everyone is always so kind, and Joey really loves his visits with everyone! It’s so obvious how much everyone there loves their jobs and cares for our fur babies. Dr Ellis was very thorough after joeys surgery and he and his crew have been very helpful in his recovery. I don’t think there’s a better team out there to take care of my baby!!! I’m so glad we found them.
I've been going to Lakewood veterinary for some time now with my cats. They are always so professional, caring and kind. They explain everything and make sure you have a clear understanding of visit and upcoming procedures and you can ask questions anytime. The veterinary was very nice and really took such loving care of my little kitten The whole staff is kind and sweet with my kitty. We can't go wrong with this veterinary hospital.
I just started taking Jack to Dr. Stutesman a couple months ago and I unfortunately had to have him euthanized on Tuesday. Dr. Stutesman was absolutely amazing in performing such an incredibly difficult procedure. He took his time and stayed on the floor with Jack for several minutes until the procedure was over and Jack was at peace. I was an absolute wreck and they were all so understanding and compassionate. Thank you, Dr. Stutesman and Staff. ❤️
Total Bond is a great outfit and we have used them for all of our pets since we moved to davidson 25 years ago. Dr. Dick is exceptional. He has provided us with guidance on all pet matters including a toe amputation for one of our hunting dogs.
I took my guineapigs to be checked over recently and had the best experience ever! The staff were all so incredibly sweet and Dr. Crocco was the absolute best hands down!!!! I am so glad I took the chance with them to car for my fur babies!
I was very happy and blessed to have my child with 4 paws be seen here today. They handled her with so much love and care. I highly recommend them as they really cherish your fur babies and treat them like their own. They have a financial assistance program and it is amazing.
I’ve been taking my shorkie and cockapoo to Upscale Tail for the past two years, and the customer service is outstanding. The team truly cares about both the dogs and the owners. My pups go every 8 weeks and are always excited to see the staff, which says a lot! If the groomers are ever unsure about something, they always text to confirm rather than guess — that extra communication really shows how much they value their clients. Consistently great service and happy dogs make Upscale Tail easy to recommend!

Alice does a fantastic job! Some groomers have really botched my little Shih Tzu mix named Yoshi. Especially around his face. Alice trimmed around his eyes and mouth perfectly. His coat was even and she made his ears so stinking cute! He was very clean and smelled great! Also, he doesn’t seem to mind going there one. Alice is also the most reasonably priced groomer I have found in years! Highly !
