This company is horrible.I would consider removing this post if I ever recd a call back!I spent $5500 with Williamson’s irrigation - lighting a few months ago. This was on irrigation, and 6 lights. Was done in a day and a quarter. Most respected companies take twice this time. I know, should have been a major sign. Lessons learned.Should have gone with the more expensive quote.A few weeks after install I sent him a msg for several leaks. No response. This continued until I sent four messages. This is a strange company. I got a call from this lady( recalled her name is Wendy) from the office that we have a pending payment out of blue. I called back and ask what was the Service and what is about. she said it was three years ago back in 2020. we have never received any emails and any bills, and any service with this company. I told her you guys must make the mistakes. She was very unfriendly and threaten us with a suit. strange and very unprofessional behavior.

Have used this company for years but they now do a poor job of servicing me as an existing customer. It is difficult to get them to come out to do work, when they come they often do poor quality work, and they are not responsive to come back and fix their mistakes. In February of this year they billed me for work done in September of the previous year and had the audacity to tell me it was past due when I had never received any other billing. I have another contractor now who does much better.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
