“This review is for Dr. Meng Xiong, the acupuncturist who works out of the Regional Chiropractic Center office.I’ve had shoulder issues for 25 years, with multiple surgeries, and countless rounds of physical therapy. This is largely my own fault, probably from the combination of weightlifting, high impact sports, and the vestiges of a misspent youth. Regardless, my sh*t was jacked up. Hurt all the time, impacted sleep, and made any real workouts impossible due to pain. It was demoralizing and frustrating and frankly a bad way to saunter into my mid-50s.A few months back I went to Dr. Xiong just to try something different than PT. He took an entirely different approach than I had experienced before, marrying acupuncture, cupping, and some deep tissue massage. My shoulder immediately felt different. He, of course, cautioned that there was still a lot of work to do, but there was a clear, positive change even after one appointment.I’m now 8 appointments in and my shoulder feels better than it has in 15 years. I can do pushups again and I have no noticeable pain to speak of, even after working out. It’s exciting and relieving at the same time. If you’re on the fence about acupuncture, time to jump off and give this team a call.“

“Unfortunately I don’t have time for a massage as often as I would like to but I was in so much pain over the past couple of weeks in my neck and upper back I had to do something. I made an appointment with Tonya and she did wonders on my back and neck, I was in so much pain before. She found knots around my shoulder blade and lower neck. Tonya worked them all out. I was still a little sore when I left so I couldn’t tell right off the bat. As I am writing this review I had the best sleep in 2 weeks last night, I am in the gym this morning stretching realizing that I do not have anymore pain and can finally move freely.
