Had another appliance shop quote us $400 just in parts(not including labor)to fix and advised we just buy another unit @ $1600+ (which I knew wasn't right). Debbie advised me that I just need a new slider. So for $30 I'm back up and running. Thank you so much!

We bought a refurbished washer & dryer in 2019 and they are still going strong! The owners are kind, thoughtful, and so incredibly knowledgeable!! We will absolutely be returning next time we need something.
