Don’t call anyone else! This is truly the best experience I have EVER had with a plumbing company. We had paying guests staying at our property on Lake Norman, suddenly there was no hot water. It was a Friday and the guests wanted fast resolution. We got in touch with Lake Norman Plumber On Call after many other companies refused to take the job on such short notice. They arrived early and gave us an estimate, but that’s not the best part, Frank Hardee the representative felt bad for us with guests at our home and a weekend without hot water, on the spot, he called me and said he would replace the water heater the same day! I am very satisfied with the professionalism of Stephen. He was very knowledgeable, respectful of my home, flexible and accommodating. He did maintenance on my hot water heater and replaced the cartridge in my shower. I am glad I was able to find a reliable plumber! Thank you, Stephen!!!!!! ?
After my water abruptly stopped working, Lake Norman Plumber On Call was the only company willing to come out the same day. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and professional. They were quick to fix the issue and did not leave me without water for any extended period of time. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised with how affordable they are. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any plumbing issue.
