Scheduling was easy and a breeze. I had them come out to diagnose a refrigerator/freezer issue. They were communicative and arrived within the time window discussed. We had problems with two refrigerators and called for service. The technician right on time for the appointment and was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts and returned several days later (again right on time) and repaired both machines--which are now working great. We would definitely use this company again!
