“I was having difficulty finding enough tile pieces for our project. I called the Mooresville, NC store. I spoke to Patrick! He was extremely helpful with the amounts I needed and dealing with the ordering site. He sent a link and simplified everything. Planning a project is very stressful and Patrick relieved the stress I had with this issue in a few minute. That what I call Excellent customer service.”
“Andrew and the team at Above Board were professional, always on time, and very easy to work with. They replaced our flooring in one room, and sanded/refinished the rest, and the result is absolutely seamless, if I didn't know better I'd think the whole house had been re-floored at the same time. Would definitely work with them on future projects!”
“My husband, I had such a great experience with Chad. He helped us figure out the best flooring for our home having animals and everything took the time to listen to our needs. Thank you customer service A+”
