Lydia is excellent at what she does she has helped me so much with my inner ear problems my congestion and any kind of sinus problems that I've had her Cranial sacral therapy are wonderful I can't wait for my monthly sessions with her..

Lydia Ritenour Massage Therapy & Skincare is truly a one stop shop for alternative health and wellness. Lydia took the time to get to know me and customized my treatment plan with me. Lydia always performs a wonderful massage, each is unique and effective. She is receptive to my need for change of pressure through out my massage and even includes essential oils to facilitate health and healing. I am confident in her education and use of essential oils, she explains their properties and uses a variety and not just a "one size fits all" oil. The business hours listed are Available by Appointment. Walk in appointments are not available. Lydia no longer takes new clients for general therapeutic massage. She does take new clients for CranioSacral Therapy, Prenatal and Postpartum Massage and other specialty services. New clients must call or text Lydia at 704-245-3820 to be added as a new client to the scheduling site. Gift Certificates may be purchased online through the website.
