With any renovation project, challenges or delays can come up, but Alan and Austin always found a way to problem-solve and find solutions in a timely manner. One thing we really admired was how they worked around the clock to get us in before a deadline we we're hoping for - Christmas Eve! Since then, if anything has come up, Alan and Austin have always responded very quickly and efficiently to help.
When we walked back in for the first time after project completion and Install Day (furniture delivery), I cried! It was so beautiful, and we have since been so happy in our refreshed home.
