I was referred to Awards Steaming by a another carpet cleaning company. Mr. Edwards was able to squeeze me in within 48 hours. My daughter has two cute dogs that will urinate on the carpet if not taken out quick enough. Not only did Mr. Edwards clean the carpet, he removed the smell and was even able to remove pen stains. The service was quick and he did an excellent job. He is very personable. I will definitely hire him again.

Reviews
James was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions quickly and cheerfully. Such a great energy when he came in - so helpful and did a great job cleaning our couches and barstools. We have two dogs and a little one so it was no small feat between the fur and baby food stains! Very grateful for his service and would definitely recommend and reuse(:
James with Award Steaming Luxury Carpet Cleaning is a stand-up guy who does great work! As another local business owner running Window Washing Pros, a local window cleaning business here around Lake Norman, I really appreciate when someone shows up on time, does exactly what they promise, and takes pride in their work. Highly recommend James and looking forward to working with you again in the future!
