Incredible. I was speechless. James is not only professional but charismatic and straightforward. He was able to get out EVERY stain - I’m talking dog vomit, pee, the works. My entire home smells and feels so much better. James was timely, flexible, communicative and direct about what could be done. Overall, I can’t recommend him enough.
