I had the pleasure of having my dress altered at John Emily Studio, and I truly appreciated the time spent making sure my gown fit beautifully. While my dress was already stunning, there were a few areas where the experience could have been better. The alterations were fairly minimal, yet the cost felt high for the amount of work completed.
Some of the button loops in the back were supposed to be reinforced, but they came loose repeatedly throughout the day. I also asked about built‑in support, but was advised to use a sticky bra instead, which didn’t work well for me. I would have preferred to feel more heard during those conversations.
There was also some pressure to pick up my dress earlier than I was comfortable with. I had scheduled my alterations far in advance and wanted my final fitting closer to the wedding date, but the seamstress made me feel uncomfortable about that choice. I was already stressed from wedding planning, and her approach felt a bit aggressive.
I understand she is no longer with the studio, and I don’t want this to reflect on the business as a whole — but this was my experience.
Overall, I would still recommend John Emily Studio and I am happy with my overall experience.

I first met Lisa when I was dealing with arm and shoulder pain for about 6 months. After 2 months of PT and no relief, I sought her out for a therapeutic massage. It was not a “relaxing” massage, it was a healing massage and I was shocked that a few days later, the pain was gone. She is a miracle worker and will always be my first call for future needs. She also has an in-office sauna that I use regularly and I’m so grateful to have a welcoming and affordable place to support my physical and mental wellbeing!

I had an incredible experience! Everyone was so kind. Grant was so kind and welcoming right when I came in and patient with me at checkout when I used two forms of payment. Logan was all I was hoping for in a stylist! He listened to my thoughts, opinions, concerns, and answered all my questions. He shared his opinions (which I really wanted since I’m no expert lol), got me setup with a simple enough curly routine, and products I actually like in my hair. We also chatted pretty much the whole time and just had a blast! Can’t wait to go back!

I moved further away and switched salons. I thought expensive would mean high quality, but the color outcome was always just so so. And then on the sixth visit, the stylist did something totally crazy and colored the back half of my head a solid warm color without any highlights or blending with the front half?! I waited for a couple weeks to see if it would fade in nicer and it just got worse. Luckily Jen had a cancellation and was able to rescue this very obvious mistake two days later! She nearly erased it entirely. I’ll just make the drive from now on! She’s a hair color genius. Ashy blonde isn’t easy to match!

They came to my home picked up my very precious rug from Afghanistan. I needed pet scents removed and no perfume or fragrance added. Not only did they completely remove the pet urine smell with no fragrance but the rug is softer than it’s ever been. The colors are so much more vibrant and rich as a result of the cleaning. From the time I got a quote to the time it was installed after a custom order was 1 month. Very impressed by their quality of work, excellent workers and communication throughout the process. They weren't the most cost effective option but their pricing is fair for the value they provide not outlandish in comparison and no weird sales tactics like the big companies. I'd do it over again. Wolfe Construction is a top notch group! They communicate very well so we knew when things were going to happen and they showed up when they said they would and the follow up is amazing. They even came back out a second time to make sure we were happy with all of the work. Highly recommend Wolfe Construction; wish all my service providers had these same high standards! The folks in the office are kind and communicative as well.
From my first interaction to the install, it was a flawless process. I made some changes to the plans and Joe was able to accommodate. The end results were two perfect overhead racks in my garage. I was able to remove totes and boxes from the floor and now they safely placed above, out of the way, giving me a lot more room in my garage. Definitely a much cleaner look.
My homeowners association hired Handy Andy to replace a portion of our fence. They were very quick to respond with a quote and had the job done in about 2 weeks. The estimate was the best around. Rodney was on site to oversee the entire project. I will use them for any of my personal projects and have already recommended them to my neighbors.

I feel very bad for this company based on the 1-star reviews that they are receiving. The issue with these scathing reviews is that they are directed towards a company sharing the same name, Omnia Construction Group LLC, but the other company in question is located within Florida — based on employee misconduct that was posted on TikTok. Your company seems amazing, and I would recommend that you reach out to Google in order to address these false/slanderous reviews.

I first met Lisa when I was dealing with arm and shoulder pain for about 6 months. After 2 months of PT and no relief, I sought her out for a therapeutic massage. It was not a “relaxing” massage, it was a healing massage and I was shocked that a few days later, the pain was gone. She is a miracle worker and will always be my first call for future needs. She also has an in-office sauna that I use regularly and I’m so grateful to have a welcoming and affordable place to support my physical and mental wellbeing!

I highly recommend Jeanne at Serenity Now! I was able to book a last minute appointment for “A Quick Fix” and am very pleased with my experience. Most places don’t even provide 30 min appointments, so that was amazing for my wallet and time. Jeanne uses her own lotion which worked perfect for my sensitive skin and left me with a full aftercare routine (stretching/heating/cooling wise).
Bogan Frahm has been extremely helpful for my recovery after labrum surgery. He helped me get back on the court sooner than anticipated by greatly strengthening and improving the range of motion in my shoulder. He’s very knowledgeable and without him, I would not have recovered as quickly.
Had a bad accident at work, A 12 ft. Ladder that I was working on slipped out from under me and I fell about 9 ft and broke my back in 3 places. About 2 weeks after surgery and the hospital stay I had Brent, Said and Angie all from Thrive Now Therapy come to my house and work with me To help me get better ( at different times) and I couldn’t have asked for any three more awesome people! Very professional very nice! I wouldn’t Wish any kind of pain on anybody but if you have to have any kind of physical therapy, I would definitely recommend thrive now therapy.
