Dawn is amazing! My little dog was not easy at first (hated getting his nails done) but she patiently worked with him and he does much better now. She takes photos of each "client" and posts them on the Facebook page. I love seeing my Gus on there after each visit. There are people that are wonderful. There are people who love what they do. There are people that are great at what they do. There are people who truly love and care for the people (and pups) they service. Dawn is all four.

One of the most pleasant dog groomers I have ever met. Very patient & genuinely cares for the dogs she grooms. One of my dogs is extremely timid and is typically afraid of any groomer. We visited Dawn twice & my "big baby" ran to her and not away from her. We've used groomers in MD & the eastern shore of VA and Dawn is the best by far. I give her a recommendation of outstanding!

I highly recommend this place. Dawn was amazing with my little Lexi. Perfect cut and Lexi didn't seem to be anxious as she has in the past with other groomers. So glad we found this place!! Thanks Dawn!!
