The gentleman I spoke with initially, I believe his name was Robert, was friendly and empathetic which left a great first impression. He told me he could have someone out before noon. This timeframe was honored and communication through text and phone call was clear and consistent.

Our technician, Evan, was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. As you can see from the image, he really had to deal with some serious crap, but he handled the shituation completely in stride. ? He cleared things out for us and explained the process, all at a reasonable price. Zoom Drain knows their stuff when the crap hits the fan, and they will be my first call next time.“

I'm giving 3 stars because I don't know anything about the quality of their service, but the booking AI agent was awful and I think that deserves a downgraded rating.
