Reviews
Jacob worked very professionally and took time to answer a few questions my wife and I had. We are new customers with this company, and if this is an indication of the service we can expect, we will be pleased in the future.
You installed the new bait system where it only needs to be checked once a year instead of every quarter. I don’t have an issue with that but 1) don’t feel the service fee should be the same for one visit vs 4 times. Also why are you billing me for replacing bait stations? This has not been done in the past. After further research, other local companies don’t charge for this either. You should be able to cover these expenses out of the hefty service fee you charge.
Update: Owner reached out to clear up any confusion. I very much appreciated this effort.
