He came out personally to assess my windows in South Charlotte (he came down from Mooresville). I spoke with him and a couple others on the phone as well and everyone at this family-run business is prompt and professional. I was kept up to date on things in terms of when the windows would arrive, when they could be installed, etc. The man that actually installed my 10 windows is an employee of G &S that services my area. I think his name is Flavio and he, too, was phenomenal. He arrived on time, was neat and organized, and cleaned up after himself in and outside of my home. He was also friendly, courteous, and did a superb job...AND he completed everything in just 2- 1/2 days. So he wasn't wasting time and goofing off, he was putting in a full day's work. And the icing on the cake is that their pricing was the best that I found for a quality product. I wish every business conducted themselves with the integrity that G &S does!“
