A technician was sent to a residence within 24 hours to fix a waste system grinder pump, and a needed part was provided within 48 hours. Another customer was pleased with service for a water heater; the technician was knowledgeable, professional, and timely, arriving early for the appointment. A different customer had a leak come through their ceiling, and the technician was very professional, answered all questions, addressed every concern, and went above and beyond to give peace of mind. Customers also appreciate David's expertise and straightforward answers, with one customer noting David and Mason were earlier than expected and got the job done with accuracy, even on a holiday. I called them after hours since they advertise 24/7 service and got answered by a very bad AI agent with fake background noise that kept interrupting me and was very pushy. I'm giving 3 stars because I don't know anything about the quality of their service, but the booking AI agent was awful and I think that deserves a downgraded rating.

I was very pleased with Total Plumbing regarding my recent issue with my waste system grinder pump. A technician was sent to my residence within 24 hours to address the problem. A part needed to be ordered and that part was provided within 48 hours, My system is now working perfectly. Special kudos to Jordan at the main office and especially to Vinny who was the technician that did the onsite work and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Total Plumbing to anyone with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC needs.
We are more than pleased with the service we received from Total Plumbing Mooresville. Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, and timely. He fixed our water heater and it was obvious that he knows his business. He even arrived early for our appt. after calling to confirm. It is great to have hot water again thanks to Jeff and Total Plumbing Mooresville. We are a Home Serv customer.
