Andreas Jones came out quickly and worked hard on fixing our septic tank/main line clog issue. He was polite and professional and handled everything fairly. I definitely recommend Zoom Drain!
I called the emergency line on a Saturday as a new customer due to our main line to the street being clogged. The gentleman I spoke with initially, I believe his name was Robert, was friendly and empathetic which left a great first impression. He told me he could have someone out before noon. This timeframe was honored and communication through text and phone call was clear and consistent.
