I was having difficulty finding enough tile pieces for our project. I called the Mooresville, NC store. I spoke to Patrick! He was extremely helpful with the amounts I needed and dealing with the ordering site. He sent a link and simplified everything. Planning a project is very stressful and Patrick relieved the stress I had with this issue in a few minute. That what I call Excellent customer service.
I had a wonderful experience during my store visit! Miyah and Jordan were absolutely amazing. They were both friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had everything I needed without making me feel rushed. They are wonderful representatives of the store and deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond.
