George did an amazing job listening to everything I wanted and helped me so much eliminate what I didn’t. Friendly and courteous. I was a bit confused and he really helped me make the choices that I really knew I wanted to be helped me to feel confident in them. Would recommend him for sure and Floor and Decor

We remodeled five bathrooms and put in hardwood floors in the entire house with the help of Kevin in the mooresville store. He was great at getting our order put together quickly and efficiently. With his help we got our order within a few days. He has amazing customer service and attention to detail! Floor and decor is lucky to have him!

Kevin and Ross helped us with selecting everything we needed for our project. Both were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I walked away feeling completely satisfied with my purchase. Floor and Decor lucked out with such good staff.
