Steve was prompt with following up on a request and thoroughly explained the steps for installing a tankless water heater. Additionally, the installers were extremely professional and efficient during the install. We just a had whole-house filtration system installed along with a recirculating Rinnai water heater. Steve was amazingly responsive, patient with our questions and extremely helpful. So refreshing to find someone who still cares!!

Steve & the guys were quick to respond and replace our leaky water heater. We decided to get the tankless & we love it so far. We reported the issue on Friday afternoon, they had it quoted and replaced by Monday afternoon. I am now able to fill my tub full with hot water!!
