My primary care doctor there is no-nonsense, but knowledgeable and flexible. First primary care I’ve ever had that has seen me the same day I was sick, all 4 times in the past 4 years. For me, that’s exactly what I need from a primary care and helped me avoid urgent care for basic issues. I can’t speak to medically complex issues, but she has been willing to talk with me and brainstorm solutions that I’ve had as a 30 something. Her office is basic, but adequate, and I prefer the idea that patients and people are put before the ‘facility’.
The nursing staff, Susan and Rose were amazing! Highly recommend if you need an iron infusion.
I suffered with chronic back and neck pain for years, that was getting progressively worse. I saw a surgeon, got monthly massages, and even went to physical therapy twice a week. Nothing relieved the pain more than a few days, and even then only marginally. It wasn’t till I saw Dr. Brennan that I had significant relief. It had gotten so bad that I was worried about driving because I couldn’t turn my neck all the way left or right to look for oncoming traffic. Now I have none of those symptoms and I’m walking 15 miles a week with a weighted vest. I’m back to weight training. Most importantly I feel like I can fully enjoy my life without the nagging pain that I had dealt with for so long. Going to see him is one of the best things I’ve done for myself and I’m sorry I waited so long.

Tdlr; overall, I had a great experience at Odyssey Art Collective and would recommend them, with one small caveat.
My first appointment was amazing! I was pierced by Emity and also had an ear curation session with Kaitlin. Both were wonderful to work with. There's also a great jewelry selection, which made the whole experience even better.
My follow-up/downsizing appointment, however, was not great. I had originally been scheduled with Emity, but when I arrived I found out there was a guest piercer instead. That in itself wasn't really an issue, but I do think it would have been helpful to know ahead of time so I could have decided whether to keep or reschedule my appointment.
The guest piercer may have simply been having an off day (which happens; we're all human), but they seemed like they could not care any less; they were dismissive of my questions nor did they provide much guidance on when I should consider downsizing again. To be clear, I don't hold that experience against Odyssey as a whole, especially since my interactions with the permanent staff were so positive.
The lack of communication around the piercer change, combined with that particular appointment experience, unfortunately did make me move to a different studio within the Triangle. That said, I still think Odyssey's permanent staff are excellent and my overall experience was positive. My only suggestion would be to give clients a heads-up if their scheduled piercer changes.
Preferred Care at Home of Cary has an excellent team of nurse aides for the elderly. They were on time and attentive to my father's needs. He enjoyed their conversation and looked forward to their visits. These nurse aides were excellent at keeping him clean and safe.
She did an amazing job my hair was matted and difficult to work with but she was sweet and careful about it. I would recommend anyone who’s interested in a budget friendly and a professional stylist, I will be coming here more often.

I had a great appointment with Abner. He did a toner on my hair followed by a really wonderful haircut and blowout. My hair is soft and has sculpted layers that add dimension when styled. 5 star treatment for sure!

I saw Jennifer for the first time a few weeks ago. This review was not solicited in any way by her. She just simply listened and did a beautiful well shaped haircut that suits me perfectly. I’m terrible about knowing what I want done and I kind of wanted bangs. She did this like side feather bangs and just shaped them so well that I haven’t had any issues with them even though I’m not good at doing or shaping my own hair. Jennifer waso very fun to talk to. I will DEFINITELY be back (I’m already booked again for January). I will try to attach a picture because I washed my hair yesterday and today it’s still falling perfectly with just brushing it. I’m so glad I found her!! It has been a long time since I have had a truly fabulous haircut.

I found the experience I was looking for with Marsha. I've seen a new wave of independent barbers who get their own spot and just do their thing their way, so I have tried a few.
Marsha has mastered the sweet spot between delivering a great go-the-extra-mile experience but without all the pretentiousness that often goes with it. She's just a super chill new-old school woman who loves her family, welcomes you warmly with a smile and a refreshment if you want it, and gives you a great haircut.
I recommend the premium package that comes with the tingly shampoo wash & hot towels and a lil neck massage with a massage gun. It's so worth it for the price and I look forward to that mini spa day haircut experience. She could charge more for it and I'd still pay for it willingly--don't tell her I said that though.

Bryan at Showtime is hands down one of the best barbers I’ve been to. He really takes his time and makes sure everything is clean and sharp. You can tell he cares about his work. The shop is always super clean and has a good vibe too. Definitely recommend him if you want a fresh cut and someone who actually listens.

I was able to get an appointment right away this morning, via their website. The staff was very friendly and asked exactly what I wanted and had recommendations when I asked. The place was very clean and well kept barber shop. They did a hot towel, razored the back of the neck and line up.

I had such a great experience at Sun Tan City today! I usually come in for the tanning beds, but since it was my birthday, I wanted to try a spray tan to get that perfect golden glow for my trip this weekend.
From the moment I walked in, Hannah was incredibly kind and welcoming. She could tell I wasn’t sure what to do and immediately stepped in to help. She listened to exactly what I was hoping to achieve and made sure I got the perfect color and look.
After my spray tan, she complimented how great it turned out and even gave me detailed aftercare tips and advice for when I want to come back in. Because of Hannah, I’m officially sold on spray tanning and will definitely be considering a membership!

I was in need of a curly hair cut desperately and after many years of going to stylists who didn't know how to cut curly hair and hating how my haircuts turned out, I finally found Alfa Jae Salon. They provide snacks and drinks as you do your service and everyone is super nice. My stylist Jae is amazing! She did exactly what I had asked for and after going home and doing my regular routine I was in awe. I will 100% be going back and it is definitely worth the cost. I've been on a skin and acne journey after my shampoo and conditioner broke me out and she has been wonderful! Tdlr; overall, I had a great experience at Odyssey Art Collective and would recommend them, with one small caveat.
My first appointment was amazing! I was pierced by Emity and also had an ear curation session with Kaitlin. Both were wonderful to work with. There's also a great jewelry selection, which made the whole experience even better.
My follow-up/downsizing appointment, however, was not great. I had originally been scheduled with Emity, but when I arrived I found out there was a guest piercer instead. That in itself wasn't really an issue, but I do think it would have been helpful to know ahead of time so I could have decided whether to keep or reschedule my appointment.
The guest piercer may have simply been having an off day (which happens; we're all human), but they seemed like they could not care any less; they were dismissive of my questions nor did they provide much guidance on when I should consider downsizing again. To be clear, I don't hold that experience against Odyssey as a whole, especially since my interactions with the permanent staff were so positive.
The lack of communication around the piercer change, combined with that particular appointment experience, unfortunately did make me move to a different studio within the Triangle. That said, I still think Odyssey's permanent staff are excellent and my overall experience was positive. My only suggestion would be to give clients a heads-up if their scheduled piercer changes.
Jenny is an exceptional tattoo artist whose fine line work exceeded my expectations. My friend and I received matching tattoos, and the quality of her craftsmanship is truly remarkable. Additionally. The process was surprisingly comfortable; I almost fell asleep while she was working on my tattoo. Jenny's skill and attention to detail are commendable, making her highly recommended for anyone seeking high-quality tattoo artistry.

Many thanks to Cary Plumbing and Spencer, in particular. On a Sunday…Mothers Day Sunday! Spencer was on call for emergencies and boy did we have one. He came out at night, quickly repaired the damage and could not have been more gracious about it. He left the house after 9pm for another call. My mother in law (her house) has used them for 28 years. They never have let her down. I can not recommend them enough.
So nobody wants to have to call the plumber, especially before Thanksgiving. But a few days ago, everything plumbing went kind of crazy so we trusted FBsearchAI and heard Jimmy’s was highly rated in our area. Also I am familiar with them because they always slay the Archdale Christmas Parade. Anyway. I don’t understand plumbing stuff but Torin and Ben got us back in the land of flushing toilets again. We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.
Correct analysis of the issue ... quick fix and done! Turner is the best plumber in town.

The two guys showed up promptly and replaced the blown-out GFCI outlet in our kitchen. They also replaced a non-working GFCI outlet attached to our deck outside. They answered all my questions satisfactorily. They even replaced another GFCI output in our garage, which was still working but old (original in a 33+ year old house). Upon request, they checked that all 3 bathroom outlets were on the same GFCI circuit, so they were protected. All this for the call-out price of approx. $210. Very satisfied!
Greg and Nathan were very cordial, respectful and efficient in installing an electrical outlet and a light which was not an easy job. They also helped replace outdoor outlets. We highly recommend them.

I am very happy. I had lost my only vehicle key. They made keys from the vehicle’s locks after determining that I was in fact the owner. Then they programmed them , which was complicated by extra equipment installed on the car. Totally professional. Kept me informed about when they could come to me. They can be very busy at times. Both Aiden and Tee we're excellent communicators, extremely hard workers and simply did a terrific job. I've been on both sides of these cleaning machines and I can tell you right now I was looking for this type of setup and I can promise you this is exactly the place that you need. Choose who you obviously want but if they're going to talk about no we don't run big hoses from the truck to the house we have these machines that we like to use absolutely not you need a full hot water system motor in the truck or van and then somebody that knows what they're doing and you've got it with this company and at least these two guys I can guarantee will take care of you
Frank is so good at what he does! He takes care of our furniture and really does a deep clean of everything. No need to look any further for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

We recently had our hardwood floors refinished by Elder Flooring and couldn't be happier with the results. Elder, the owner, was responsive throughout the entire process and a pleasure to work with. The craftsmanship was excellent, and they even finished ahead of schedule.
It also stood out was how clean everything was when they wrapped up. No dust left behind, and not a drop of stain on the baseboards. You can tell they take real pride in their work and respect your home.

Aside from the spam review I see on here, I'm going to give my honest opinion about Hhhunthomes... Which, to be frank, do not fall short of exceptional with the service we received building our first home. Bill, our main contact and supervisor for the build was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone I speak to says to keep in touch with your builder...and Bill had no problems keeping in touch with us both during the build process and following. He kept me up to date with phone calls and emails and was very prompt to address concerns. His crew who built our home exceeded our expectations. The tile work, flooring and other aspects of the home were phenomenal. A couple of downsides were that I felt some areas of the home were rushed, such as finding a gas leak in our shed, or finding scrapes and dings on our new hardwood floors...but regardless, it doesn't take away from the exceptional service and build quality that was placed on our home. I highly recommend HHHunt for future builds and would suggest seeing if you can nab Bill as a contact.
We had a great experience with Frey’s Remodeling! We have already recommended them to neighbors and friends. Our services have ranged from garage shelving, attic expansion, custom primary closet building, herringbone wood floors, and interior painting. All contractor association with them have been professional, kind with detail work. We loved our wood trim crew by Jason and his team! They have phenomenal skill and excellent ideas. We had a team of brothers who paint together with detail and professionalism. Our entire project over many weeks was well orchestrated by Mac. Mac kept us in the loop while we worked out of town. He was thoughtful to help the crew understand our home needs and even our pet. He gave great insight to our project as a whole. We will be repeat Frey costumers in the future.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! We hired Ponti Landscapes for a full landscaping project including grading, tree trimming, a retaining wall, fence installation, a stone path, and sod. Excellent design services at a very fair price. We've worked with Mike twice, each time for landscape design. I wanted to do the installation and planting myself because I enjoy it. Mike created easy-to-follow color-coded plans, making sure to include plants that we requested. His designs are attractive, tidy but not stuffy, natural, and make intuitive sense. Other designers were outside my budget and seemed interested mostly in installation. Mike wasn't that way at all. He was genuinely excited to create an attractive design for our yard. He also comes across as a pleasant, friendly, down-to-earth guy, which matters. Definitely planning to work with Mike again!
To the crew that worked on Pickett Lane and Greenmont today, (you took down a huge tree right outside my windows and one in front of my house as well as trimming some trees) I watched you most all day and enjoyed every minute!!! You all are quite an impressive crew!!! I know your boss must be very proud of you. You all seemed to have a job and were in sync with each other in getting it done and I am sure you all must be very tired after a day like today! I am 80 years old and have seen a lot in my lifetime so I couldn’t let today end without giving you a shoutout!! They came and took down 3 dead trees and trimmed some limbs that were touching our house. We have an outdoor carpeted track that we were concerned about using heavy equipment on, so they came up with a plan that worked beautifully with no damage at all. They cleaned up and worked quickly and did an amazing job. As an added bonus, our grandkids loved watching them work! We highly recommend them.
I cannot recommend Alirio and his crew enough. It's obvious this is a Quality Company. They removed at least 5 trees, trimmed several more almost to the sky, trimmed branches off our roof & ground 4 stumps from our yards. Everyone was very professional & did their jobs carefully with much thought all while making sure nothing on our property was damaged. They arrived early to the job, had all the necessary equipment on hand, cleaned up well afterwards and on top of it all...did it all for a very reasonable price. I’ve recently established dental care at West Cary Dental and have to say it’s by far the best dental clinic I have been to. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful and the dental providers are also so friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t try to add on more services and they do a very good job with my cleanings. I had started getting back pain a couple of months ago, so bad I couldn’t walk or move without being in horrible pain. I went here because a family member recommended it and I’m so happy I did. They were able to look over my X-rays and see where the problem was and create a plan on how to correct it. I still go for maintenance but i haven’t had any issues since seeing Dr.Sandez. Going from hardly being able to move / walk to having full function again and pretty much no back pain is the best thing ever. I couldn’t recommend a better place.

I had a great experience. Dr. Staker was able to adjust my back and my neck. We decided I needed one more visit since it had been a long time since I had been there.
I can’t explain in words how great the staff were the night we had to take our sick dog in to get examined. We were taken into the exam room immediately upon arrival and x-rays were done within minutes. The results weren’t what we were hoping for and the vet explained our options in detail and answered all our questions thoroughly. During the visit, the staff treated our dog as if she was their own and showed amazing kindness and compassion towards her and towards ourselves. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Hodges spent so much time with us. He did a full examination on our dog Millie. I used to work as a veterinarian technician and honestly, I was more impressed than the veterinarian I worked for. He felt all of her joints, he looked over her entire body. He touched in everything, honestly everything. I left there feeling 100% confident in the money I spent.
They've been great taking care of our 2 dogs. They are very responsive and the staff is super knowledgeable

Our dog Cooper has diabetes and suddenly lost his vision within 5 days. It was extremely scary for both him and us. Our emergency vet referred us to Animal Eye Care in Cary, and they were able to see is the following day! Cooper was a candidate for cataract surgery, and they scheduled him a week later. Both Dr. Rajotte and Dr. Rodriguez have been incredible - nothing short of miracle workers. Cooper had his surgery and immediately had his vision back, which gave him his confidence back too. With lots of drops and follow ups, we felt at ease knowing Cooper's health and vision were in the best hands with the doctors and the amazing staff. Everyone I've interacted with at Animal Eye Care clearly cares for our pets and go above and beyond expectation. We are so grateful and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who is considering cataract surgery or eye care for their pet!!
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Faustin Joy while bringing in our cat. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. What stood out most was how personal and human his approach felt — not rushed or overly corporate like many clinics can feel nowadays.
Even though we were definitely very nervous cat parents, he was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel much more reassured.

I truly believe Vetco and Dr. Shannon Raboin saved my baby’s life. During the week of Thanksgiving, my 3 year old dog Nola was diagnosed with pyometra, a life threatening uterine infection. She had lost 10 pounds, was withdrawn, had no appetite, and I knew in my heart something was wrong.
We were told she needed emergency surgery. Even though it was the day after the holidays, the Vetco team came in on their day off just to operate on her. That alone meant everything to me as a terrified dog mom. Dr. Raboin was compassionate, patient, and treated Nola like she was his own. I never once felt rushed or dismissed.
The vet later told us if we had waited any longer, she would not have made it through the weekend. Hearing that broke me, but knowing this team acted quickly and with so much care is something I will never forget. Seeing Nola afterward, still groggy from anesthesia but wagging and happy to see us, was a moment I will hold onto forever.
This experience was emotional, scary, and overwhelming, but Vetco made it bearable. Because of Dr. Raboin and his team, my girl is here, healed, running, and back to being herself. I am beyond grateful. If you are ever faced with an emergency and need a team that truly cares, this is the place you want your baby to be.

My little Rita is the sweetest Teacup Chihuahua you've ever seen until it's nail clipping time. Then she's a demon dog. The staff at Pretty Paws are well versed in difficulties like this. They're quick and do an excellent job. She left today hopping around just as happy as can be. Thanks guys!

I decided to attend Jennie's WiseMind Soul Warrior Heal Detox Transform Asheville Fall 2021 retreat after suffering from work-life burnout as an essential worker during the pandemic. I really appreciated being able to take the time out of my hectic schedule to do more than just yoga. The journaling, meditating and spending time with strong, caring, and amazing women was everything I wanted it to be. Being surrounded by Western North Carolina in autumn was beautiful and relaxing. An added bonus----the vegan food was absolutely incredible (and I take my cooking/eating seriously). All of the meals were an experience of flavors, such an unexpected treat on this weekend journey of peace. I highly recommend Jennie's services if you are in need of self care. I'm sure I am not the only one who thinks she is wise beyond her last name. She took the time, energy and effort to understand my unique needs and I look forward to working more with her in the future.

The Yoga sessions are challenging and pleasant at the same time, and you feel invigorated and stronger after them. Melissa easily adapts each session to the needs of the attending group. The communication with her, both via the web page and the app, is on time and reliable. It's a pleasure to attend the class.
I tried several studios before finding this gem. Such a wonderful space with instructors that help you both strengthen and find calm to bring peace to body and mind. The classes allow one to challenge yourself wherever you are. I have built so much strength and balance that I had lost. Highly recommend. They have classes at different times during the day and evenings which is appreciated...including some 7:00 a.m. classes during the week days.

My husband and I have been on numerous Catholic pilgrimages labeled as physically demanding and I have had no trouble with mountain climbing, hiking, stepping over rough terrain around ancient sites and climbing hundreds of stairs to access a holy site. I owe all of this increased stamina and strength to Pilates. the fine instructors have made it fun and are always ready to help or give tips to improve my performance. As someone who had never had a massage before I didn't know what to expect and very apprehensive, but I was struggling with intense hip and lower back pain. I saw Janae who was wonderful and so professional! She's really listened to my issues and went above and beyond to help bring relief. I got the myoskelatal alignment massages from Janae every few weeks leading up to my move to CLT. The facility is very clean and there are no weird smells. As someone very sensitive to smells I was so happy to not have a candle or incense going.
I'd finished a year of physical therapy for an injury and this was the perfect bridge of care I needed as I continued to build strength but needed a bit of deep tissue and and realignment along the way. It was NOT weird or overly crunchy and she was very professional and respectful! Janae can tell you the name of muscles you didn't even know exist and can tell you how they interact. The myoskelatal alignment massage is expensive but I think it's worth it if you have a lingering issue that needs attention. It will be money well spent! I'd recommend to anyone! 10 out of 10!
3G’s Massage was amazing! I received a 60-minute barefoot Ashiatsu full body massage, and it had been years since my last massage. I must admit, this experience was second to none! From start to finish, it was relaxing, rejuvenating, and exactly what I needed. I enjoyed it so much that I immediately booked my next session. I’m already looking forward to making this a part of my monthly self-care routine!

My partner and I did a couples massage class to better learn the art for each other. Amanda taught us how to do back, shoulders, and neck by doing it alongside her to better learn the motions. We both learned a lot and the price was reasonable for the labor on her end and skills learned. Also, if you’re a person who gets nervous about getting a massage alone with a stranger, I found it very comforting to learn the massage process and have my partner in the room!

Betty is always super warm and friendly. She has experience across a range of techniques including Thai (one of my personal favorites), but what makes her special is the way she blends across said styles. I always walk away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! I'm particularly a fan of the two-handed strokes she uses on my back/shoulders: it's SO relaxing. I instantly forget the rest of the world exists and just focus on this moment.

I couldn’t have been more happy with Rachel. She is absolutely amazing! From my very first visit to my last visit, she listened to everything that I said, was super supportive, helpful and kind. I had previously had PT with a large firm in Cary and the difference was unbelievable. At the other office, I felt like I was being babysat, sent from machine to machine, whereas Rachel gave me individual attention. It was obvious that she really cared about helping me. I recommend Rachel 1000%. I would return to her in a heartbeat if I had another injury, but let’s hope I don’t!

Dr. Madison has taken care of my shoulder and knee issues since we moved to Cary about 2 years ago. When I first saw her I could not move my shoulder and was in so much pain from a rotator cuff tear. She worked patiently on me, in the clinic and gave me varying exercises at home until my shoulder was restored to full functionality. Every time she would explain what was going on, was always very accommodating, and when other issues arose - knee, hamstring - she worked on them too and helped me a lot to get better.
I have been to other physical therapists and it is only at Prue PT that I felt like my issues were taken seriously and that I am not just another number to be worked on for 5 minutes, and then passed on to an intern to supervise the exercises. Prue PT is one-on-one and very hands-on (pun intended). Both Dr. Prue and Dr. Madison take their time in working on the patient, fully explain the assigned exercises, and send a list and a video of each one so that one can be sure to do the exercises the correct way.
I have taken my daughter to Madison as well and she clearly diagnosed the hand issue and could work on her a couple of times. Also recommended them to my husband. I fully trust PruePT for my care.

They live up to their name, Results! I had total knee replacement and went to Results for therapy. Andy and Bridgette were the best. When an exercise was too painful they found a substitute the did the job of strengthening that muscle. I never felt like a patient but as a human needing their expertise. This was my second experience with them and I highly recommend them.
I've been skeptical acupuncture could help with a herniated disc, but after it helped 2 friends, I decided to go for it. Of course I was thinking it should fix me in a couple of visits, but it didn't. I wanted to get discouraged but realized that even physical therapy takes time. So I stuck it out for more visits, and then I really started seeing the benefits. After 10 visits, my symptoms were almost completely gone. 15 visits, and I have no symptoms. I'm very impressed with Jennifer and what acupuncture has done for me. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's been debating if it would help.
Kristin is an intuitive and highly skilled Acupuncturist. I have seen many practitioners before and I love how specific she is when she places the needles. No pain at all, but I could feel the energy shifting in my body. She really took the time to listen and hear what I was saying. I’ve been seeing her for acupuncture during my high-risk pregnancy, fully supported by my OB and MFM teams—and they have all been incredibly impressed with how well I’ve been doing. She always shares her expertise and gives me practical things I can do at home to support my body. I’ve learned so much from her throughout this journey. Dr. Jack Weber is exceptionally knowledgeable about multiple types of alternative/complementary medicine as well as traditional approaches. He helps me find the most natural ways to address my health needs. When I occasionally need to take a more traditional route, he helps me navigate that. Appointments are 45 minutes, which is much longer than with most doctors. He's also very personable and caring. I recommend him highly.

My child was able to take the driving test through the school and while there was a fee, it worked for me as scheduling an appt with the DMV is a nightmare and I did not have to take any time off from work.
