I have only had pets, two cats, for three years so this is the first veterinary practice I've had experience but they have set a very high bar for me.
I had a lot of questions and fretted a lot and they were very receptive to my phone calls and more frequent booking of appointments when I was fretting over them more.
Their entire staff is very personable. We have had appointments with several of their doctors over these three years and I feel like they go above and beyond to provide the best care.

Cary Veterinary Hospital has been taking care of our dogs for over 25 years. We can't say enough positive things about the dedicated professionals that work here - including the doctors, the veterinary technicians, and the front desk customer service team. In our experience, they truly do care for animals...and also the people that they are entrusted to! I highly recommend Dr. Kate & the staff at Cary Veterinary. I'd taken my cat here for 16 years and we've always been very satisfied with our visits. We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kate most recently; although it happened to be at an unfortunate time, towards the end of my cat's long life. She was so kind and sweet - not only to my cat, but also to myself and my husband. She helped us through the issues my cat was experiencing and was sure to follow up constantly to check on him.
