I had a weird smell coming from the vents for many months, and Comfort Pro technician was immediately able to rule out Dirty Socks Syndrome. Other Vendors charged me thousands for UV light and repeated coil cleanings and were not able to solve my problem but Comfort Pro was able to figure out it was my new floor! The reason the vents had smell coming out was because the floor was exposed there and the fan blow the smell from there! This saved me so much trouble. I thank them from the bottom of my heart! Will continue to use them in the future.
