“After an initial mishap with my first visit to the salon, Jae (the owner) personally reached out to me to sincerely apologise and offer generous compensation for my negative experience. I went back and had Bijou do my hair, she was super knowledgeable about how to improve my hair health and was very patient and gentle when managing my hair. Jae kindly offered me free services and gave me a bag full of hair care items on the house. I had a fantastic experience and look forward to my next appointment! Can easily say my experience this time around was 10/10 and I would definitely recommend this salon to my 4b/4c girls - just make sure to book with Jae or Bijou!”
