“I had a weird smell coming from the vents for many months, and Comfort Pro technician was immediately able to rule out Dirty Socks Syndrome. Other Vendors charged me thousands for UV light and repeated coil cleanings and were not able to solve my problem but Comfort Pro was able to figure out it was my new floor! The reason the vents had smell coming out was because the floor was exposed there and the fan blow the smell from there! This saved me so much trouble. I thank them from the bottom of my heart! Will continue to use them in the future.“

“No heat, and first contractor my warranty company called couldn't come for 5 days. They contacted Fifth Season to see if they could come sooner, and they came that same day. Isaam checked everything, found the problem (bad switch). He went to pick up the part - out of stock, so it had to be ordered - but Isaam called to let me know and came back the day it arrived to install it. They tested the furnace and waited to make sure everything was working properly. While they were there, they also checked air flow and offered to change out my filters - one of which requires a very high ladder to reach. Very friendly, knowledgeable, communicated status clearly, came when they said they would each time, and worked with my schedule. I am warm now, and would definitely call them again.“
