I worked with Wes as my sales associate and was truly amazed at the great customer service from start to finish. When the factory shipped the carpet a little later than expected, Wes did everything in his power to make sure my carpet was installed before my scheduled move in day at my new house. The installers even worked without AC in the summer heat to ensure that the installation was done correctly, without seams showing. I truly cannot recommend Brentwood Flooring enough and will most definitely be using them for any future flooring needs!
Wes Newsome at the Cary store was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installers came promptly and worked super hard all day, moving our furniture and replacing the carpet. They swept and vacuumed and removed all trash. Carpet looks and feels great!
