I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOUR SEASONS ROOFING FOR ANYTHING. Just came back in, the carpenter said they put shingles over rotting wood. Hes replacing wood and putting in new drip edging. “We've had Olde Raleigh Roofing as our go-to for roof issues for several years now. Living in an area with a lot of tall, old pines means regular large branches falling on our roof. Their warranty coverage is excellent and they've always been quick to provide estimates and repairs. Their pricing is reasonable and we were given multiple options for our most recent repair (a leak and a cracked rafter). They even repaired the leak on the spot the day after storms came through! We've trusted them to help keep our roof in great shape over the years and we're looking forward to working with them when we do a replacement and go solar. “High quality, professionalism, reliability, and honesty are just a few words that I would use to describe Simply Right's team and the work that they do! I feel like I've already found my GC for future projects:)

For some background, I hired Simply Right to perform a basement renovation in my townhome, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. The project consisted of a full bathroom demo/remodel, partial basement stairs removal/rebuild, carpeting, drywall, electrical work, baseboards, and painting. While it took me a while to figure out what I wanted to do, Michael patiently worked with me, before I had committed to anything, and provided me with sound guidance and experienced advice. He met me multiple times at my home before the project kicked off to perform technical assessments to build out the quote and provide me with confidence in his expertise. The support he provided up-front made the decision to go with Simply Right an easy one.

Once the project kicked off, Michael kept me informed on a daily basis including status updates, pictures of progress, scheduling changes, procurement issues, etc. When we encountered inevitable unforeseen issues (i.e. bathroom demo, stairs demo), Michael was able to provide reasonable and quick alternative solutions with minimal impact to the project and schedule. Overall, the project was executed well within my financial and scheduling expectations.

As the pictures show, the quality of work and craftsmanship is outstanding. I'm really pleased with all of the work they have done. I joked to Michael after the project that I'm a little jealous that I will not get to fully enjoy the new basement since I will be leasing the property out to my siblings:) But at least I'll be able to visit!

One last thing I wanted to mention that speaks to the type of professional Michael is. During the renovations, the team had noticed a crack in the slate flooring in front of my fireplace. While I do not know how it happened, it very well could have been from other contractors I had in my basement during that time performing unrelated waterproofing activities. It could have been from me as I was clearing out my basement prior to the remodel. Regardless of how it may have happened, Michael selflessly assumed responsibility and replaced the entire slate slab free of charge (a nice little upgrade, too). I thought that was a very classy and trustworthy move that speaks a little about the person performing the work.

Overall, I will absolutely consider Simply Right for future renovation projects, and I highly recommend anyone considering their services give them a serious consideration. Michael is an honest, hardworking, and experienced GC who prides himself on high quality service.“

We have been incredibly happy with the services we've contracted with Anderson. They are incredibly punctual and have a fine eye for detail. 10/15/25 Here's an to update my review. We have since had a second project completed by Anderson and we remain happy with them. Mohammad and Noaman completed an exterior project for us. They were very friendly and did superb work.
