160 NE Maynard Rd #104, Cary“I have gone to just about every Physical Therapist in this practice over the course of about a dozen years. I can tell you that each one is extremely knowledgeable, caring and professional. I’ve always been pleased with the results and the recommendations I receive here. This is a very well-run practice. I appreciate the integrity of the owners! Many thanks to Briarly, Chris and Tess and Matt for caring for my aging body! I have gone for neck, back and knee issues.“

107 Edinburgh S Dr # 100A, Cary“I couldn’t have been more happy with Rachel. She is absolutely amazing! From my very first visit to my last visit, she listened to everything that I said, was super supportive, helpful and kind. I had previously had PT with a large firm in Cary and the difference was unbelievable. At the other office, I felt like I was being babysat, sent from machine to machine, whereas Rachel gave me individual attention. It was obvious that she really cared about helping me. I recommend Rachel 1000%. I would return to her in a heartbeat if I had another injury, but let’s hope I don’t!“

140 Iowa Ln suite 104, Cary“Jon is the absolute best! I have seen several PT's over the years but Jon is the first to address my back issues. He is very patient focused and meets you where you are and helps you get back to the things you love! I went from walking with pain in my back and hip to mastering my first thru hike of the Art Loab trail! Plenty of take home exercises that I can incorporate into my daily life.“

115 Kildaire Park Dr Suite 202, Cary“They live up to their name, Results! I had total knee replacement and went to Results for therapy. Andy and Bridgette were the best. When an exercise was too painful they found a substitute the did the job of strengthening that muscle. I never felt like a patient but as a human needing their expertise. This was my second experience with them and I highly recommend them.“

487 James Jackson Ave, Cary“Dr. Madison has taken care of my shoulder and knee issues since we moved to Cary about 2 years ago. When I first saw her I could not move my shoulder and was in so much pain from a rotator cuff tear. She worked patiently on me, in the clinic and gave me varying exercises at home until my shoulder was restored to full functionality. Every time she would explain what was going on, was always very accommodating, and when other issues arose - knee, hamstring - she worked on them too and helped me a lot to get better.
I have been to other physical therapists and it is only at Prue PT that I felt like my issues were taken seriously and that I am not just another number to be worked on for 5 minutes, and then passed on to an intern to supervise the exercises. Prue PT is one-on-one and very hands-on (pun intended). Both Dr. Prue and Dr. Madison take their time in working on the patient, fully explain the assigned exercises, and send a list and a video of each one so that one can be sure to do the exercises the correct way.
I have taken my daughter to Madison as well and she clearly diagnosed the hand issue and could work on her a couple of times. Also recommended them to my husband. I fully trust PruePT for my care.“

302 Colonades Way #212, Cary“I really enjoyed it. Jenny was my stretcher. She did an excellent job. I honestly think I enjoyed it more than a massage. If I had more time and could commit to the packages, I would have probably went for it. But as an alternative to a massage or something else as a gift, this is in my opinion it really great experience and was enjoyable.“

215 Tals Rock Wy Suite 3, Cary“Rashmi provided me wonderful support, listened to my issues, provided details of why I was experiencing the pain, described exactly what she as doing and why. She helped me heal a pain that I’ve had for over 10 years, which no other practitioner could resolve. She is very knowledgeable and shows that she cares deeply about her patients. I would highly recommend seeing her as she is compassionate, knowledgeable, and listens well to understand your pain.“

Melissa easily adapts each session to the needs of the attending group. The communication with her, both via the web page and the app, is on time and reliable. It's a pleasure to attend the class.“
