I called Vent Prevent on Monday and was given an appointment on Wednesday. Daniel, the tech called on his way to let me know he would be on time. Once in the apartment he thoroughly cleaned out the 30-ft dryer vent line followed by a camera inspection which noted a small amount of lint left. So he brushed it out a second time vacuumed and blew out the line. He then went outside and cleaned up all residual lint from the landscape. He was professional and friendly and did an exceptional job. I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this service.
