They both do an excellent job of keeping the entire class engaged and communicate sequences well. Their class programming is structured so that it’s easy for beginners to catch on to new lingo / movements, while staying challenging enough to experienced boxers. Facility is clean, they play great music, & the members are nice. And even other instructions will participate in class and walk around and help you with your form if you need it. New favorite hobby thanks to the awesome staff“
