My little Rita is the sweetest Teacup Chihuahua you've ever seen until it's nail clipping time. Then she's a demon dog. The staff at Pretty Paws are well versed in difficulties like this. They're quick and do an excellent job. She left today hopping around just as happy as can be. Thanks guys!
As always, I had a great experience at Pretty Paws. I brought my Cocker Spaniel puppy, Bella, in for grooming because she's a bit nervous about strangers. I had previously been a customer several years ago with my toy poodle that sadly passed away recently, so I knew I would have a great experience. The entire staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was so wonderful that my puppy seemed content when I went to pick her up, and her grooming was beautiful (they were able to trim her face which she wouldn't even let me do lol). I am grateful for Amy at Pretty Paws. She shows patience with my Rio Rose. Unfortunately with my schedule I cannot always get Rio in for an appointment at the last minute, and have had to utilize other groomers which has always been a mistake. From abuse to negligence with the other places. Needless to say in the future I will have to figure it out as I will never go to another groomer but Amy. Period. She is absolutely amazing, and I am so so grateful for her.
