The technical service seemed ok. Customer service was terrible. Didn't respond to calls/texts/emails. Technician was very late without notification. After repair, didn't get an invoice for a week, had to request it. Then it was dated to be paid same day I got it.
Well...the owner called and apologized and is going to refund the entire cost. They got caught up in the extreme heat crisis. Think they deserve another chance as other reviews are positive and the refund shows a genuine concern for customers.

They followed the scope of work closely, with thoroughness, and even graciously added on a last minute change at my request. Loredo’s Landscaping delivered great work, high work ethics, and an end result that made it actually far less painful to write a large check.
